The Rights of Way Section Oversees the grant of Rights of Ways and Easements across State Trust Land as well as acquisition of Rights of Way and easements to State Trust Lands.
The Lands Section manages the Acquisition and Disposition of Trust Land through Land Banking and Cabin Site Sales, as well as Land Exchanges and Acquisitions.
