Legislative Hearings
Hearing Information
The Legislative Appropriations Subcommittee Section F hears House Bills 6, 7, 8 and 11. The House Bills contain RRGL grants (HB6), RDG grants (HB7), RRGL loans (HB8), and Regional Water System grants (HB11). Applicants may send a representative to testify before the Legislature in support of their project alongside DNRC. This practice allows applicants to directly advocate for their projects and provide additional context or information to lawmakers. How to stay informed:
- Applicants and project contacts should monitor their email/Submittable inbox. DNRC will notify applicants and collaborators via Submittable messaging when relevant hearings are scheduled.
- Interested parties should regularly visit the Appropriations Subcommittee, Section F Website: https://archive.legmt.gov/lfd/appropriation-subcommittee-section-f/
