    DNRC has amended administrative rules regarding ARM 36.25.145, 36.25.146, 36.25.149, 36.25.150, 36.25.152, 36.25.157, 36.25.158, and 36.25.159 pertaining to recreational use of state lands. The adoption notice was published by the Secretary of State in the Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 3, on February 7, 2025, with rules effective February 8, 2025. The proposal notice was published by the Secretary of State on September 6, 2024, in the Montana Administrative Register, Issue 17. A public hearing was held on September 26, 2024, and the public comment period ended on October 4, 2024.
