DNRC has amended administrative rules regarding ARM 36.25.901 and 36.25.903 pertaining to state land leasing real estate management projects. The adoption notice was published by the Secretary of State in the Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 3, on February 7, 2025, with rules effective February 8, 2025. The proposed rules were published by the Secretary of State in the Montana Administrative Register, Issue 19, on October 4, 2024. A public hearing was held on November 7, 2024, and the public comment period ended on November 7, 2024.
