Available below are listings by county, of state land agriculture and grazing leases that will expire in 2025 and will be open to competitive bidding. You may access the listings by clicking on the county name in the table below, or you can access the complete 2025 Renewal Tract list by clicking on the Statewide List link. The listings are PDF files, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (Acrobat Reader) or a comparable product to view them.
If you find lease agreements that you are interested in bidding on, please contact our Surface Leasing Staff in Helena at (406) 444-2058 or (406) 444-3014 to request bid packets. These will be mailed out mid-December. All bids must be postmarked no later than January 28, 2025. Bid packets will not be mailed out after January 21, 2025.
