Montana Administrative Rule No. 36-22-221, Notice of Amendment

The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) amended administrative rules regarding ARM 36.25.701, 36.25.702, 36.25.705, 36.25.706 and 36.25.707 pertaining to state land leasing.
The proposal notice was published by the Secretary of State on November 3, 2023 (MAR No. 36-22-221, Issue No. 21). The amendment notice was published by the Secretary of State on February 9, 2024 (MAR No. 36-22-221, Issue No. 3). Rules are effective on February 10, 2024.
