The Board of Oil and Gas Conservation and Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) amended administrative rules regarding ARM 36.22.1242 pertaining to reports by producers, tax report, and tax rate.
TheNotice of Amendment (MAR No. 36-22-220, Issue No. 24) was published by the Secretary of State on December 22, 2023. Please note the effective date of this rule is April 1, 2024.
