    The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), Forestry and Trust Land Division, is proposing amendments to the following administrative rules related to real estate management projects on trust land: ARM 36.25.901, ARM 36.25.903. The proposed amendments would clarify the definition of 'Residential' use and make it more consistent with the statutory definition of what is allowed under a Commercial lease.
