    The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is proposing precommercial thinning (PCT) of state-owned forested land in Flathead, Lake and Lincoln counties, across the Kalispell, Stillwater, Swan and Libby DNRC Administrative Units.
