The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation held the June 4, 2024 Oil and Gas Lease Sale during the period of May 29 – June 4, 2024, hosted by the online auction service, EnergyNet. The June sale included 27 tracts in the following counties: Fallon (4), Musselshell (15), Musselshell/Rosebud (1), Richland (2), Rosebud (1), and Yellowstone (4).
