About

The Technical Assistance Program was designed to assist local governments that do not have an established relationship with a professional engineering firm or have not been successful in applying for DNRC planning grant funds in a prior biennium. This technical assistance opportunity must result in the submission of a DNRC Renewable Resource Planning Grant Application.

The DNRC is currently accepting applications for technical assistance, applications will remain open until the funding is expended.

Before applying, please read the Technical Assistance Program Guidance

Please note that for any community applying to the Technical Assistance Program within one month of an RRGL Planning Grant Application Cycle opening, it is unlikely that DNRC will be able to process your application and assign you to an engineering firm to apply in the upcoming RRG Planning Grant Application Cycle.
