The Board of Oil & Gas Conservation (BOGC) and Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) has revised their administrative rules regarding the amendment of ARM 36.22.1242 pertaining to reports by producers, tax report, and tax rate.
The adoption notice was published by the Secretary of State in the Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 24, on December 19, 2025. Please note, these rules are effective April 1, 2026. The proposed rulemaking notice was published by the Secretary of State in the Montana Administrative Register, Issue 17, on September 12, 2025.
