The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is seeking public comment regarding a land use license application made by A.M. Welles, Inc. to store, sell and recycle, recycled asphalt and concrete; and also, to store and sell decorative rock within the boundaries of what is known as the “DSL Pit.” The DSL Pit is a gravel pit located on State of Montana Trust Lands north of Ennis on Section 16, Township 5S, Range 1W.
