Currently no easement exists for overhead distribution line to buildings on this lease. Winderl hired help lives in these buildings and norval electric coop is upgrading service to underground delivery. Documentation search back to early 2000's indicated this was overlooked at the time. An improvements request form was submitted in 2001 following lease evaluation and apparently no followup occured. Was advised that this action could be completed allowing this to occur from an improvements request from lessee.
