The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Whitehall Wastewater Mapping and Extension Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to locate and map out their existing water and sewer infrastructure and connect Meadowlark Manor to the Town's water and wastewater infrastructure.
