The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the White Sulphur Springs Water System Improvements Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to construct 3,800 feet of new water line.
