White Rock Oil and Gas (Henceforth referred to as proponent) has requested to install a temporary fresh water frac pit upon state owned trust land. This frac pit would be used to provide temporary water for several nearby proposed oil well re-frac projects. The anticipated size of the pit would be approximately 300’ wide X 500’ long (Approx 3.5 acres in area) and a depth of 20 feet. The duration of use of this license is expected to be approximately 5 years, with the proponent required to bond and reclaim the site at the end of the licensed use period or apply for an extension of the license. The proposed license would be written for a period of 5 years although it may need to be shortened or extended depending on the overall project.
