West Great Falls Flood & Drainage District would like to remove the existing outfall pipe. The existing structure is silted in, difficult to maintain and inspect and no longer functions properly. A new and improved structure would prevent silt build up, improve the primary function of flood water drainage, and be easier to inspect and maintain.
