The Town of Jordan (Henceforth referred to as proponent) has requested a permanent easement for the construction and operation of a sanitary sewer easement upon the above-referenced state tract. The project will encompass a 32 acre lagoon cell in order to convert the existing lagoon into a total retention wastewater system. In addition, the proponent has requested a 30’ easement for a lift station and force main under Big Dry Creek; these will be installed to transport wastewater effluent from existing lagoon cells to the new fourth cell. The permanent easement for the lagoon would encompass 37.196 acres. The permanent easement for the pipeline would encompass 0.91 acres. The total encompassed area would be 38.106 acres.
