Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) proposes an easement grant to the Snowmass Road Users Association (RUA) for approximately 5,735 feet of road 40 feet wide, 20 feet on each side of centerline. The purpose of the easement grant is to a means for the neighborhood to actively manage any road maintenance or renovation needs as an RUA on Snowmass Drive.
