Asgard Resources, LLC henceforth referred to as the proponent, has applied for an aggregate test permit on State Trust Lands within the South half of section 16, Township 28 North, Range 58 East, in Roosevelt County. This project would utilize a backhoe to dig holes to a depth of approximately 20 feet. Testing and documenting would be performed by employees or contractors of the proponent. Soil and substrate would be excavated from the ground and sub-surface. Topsoil would be saved, and the disturbance created would be reclaimed immediately upon completion of documenting the test pits.
