This action would authorize a right-of-way for the expansion of the sewer lagoon at Missile Alert Facility L 01“LIMA” on Trust Lands, including associated construction, maintenance, and use. The lagoon has reached its current capacity, reducing its effectiveness. Additionally, during winter months, maintaining and draining the lagoon at its existing size becomes costly and operationally challenging.
