The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Ravalli County Victor Sewer System Improvements Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to remove sludge and replace the liner for Cell 2, install a baffle curtain, install flow meters, and conduct and inflow and infiltration study on its wastewater system.
