The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Powell County Roundhouse project. The project proposes to use Reclamation and Development funds to remove contaminated soils from the Roundhouse site.
