The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Paradise Valley Irrigation District Milk River Bank Stabilization. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Renewable Resource Grant and Loan (RRGL) funds to install root wads for bank stabilization along the Milk River to minimize channel erosion and migration.
