Spectrum is proposing to install an overhead fiber optic cable along a 20 foot wide utility easement across Nine Mile Creek along Old MT Hwy 10, located in the northwest ¼ of the southwest ¼ of Section 28, Township 15 North, Range 22 West in Missoula County.
