Malmstrom Air Force Base is requesting a Right of Way for the expansion of the sewer lagoon. The justification for this expansion is costly frequent pumping and issues during the winter with the lagoon freezing. In association with this project, they are requesting to relocate an existing helicopter pad and access road to accommodate the lagoon expansion.
