This Land Use License is being proposed for the purpose of commercial filming a duck hunting episode for MeatEater, INC. on ten tracts along the Milk River in Phillips and Valley County, Montana. The filming would be done by a three-person crew from December 2-6, 2024.The applicant will not likely film or hunt on all listed tracts of land, however they would like to assure licensing to film and hunt these sections in case there are not waterfowl on any of the listed sections. Additionally, they will be using a drone for filming purposes in order to create a sense of place.
