Marias River Electric Cooperative (Marias River Electric) proposes to install an overhead powerline located on state land, referred to herein as the “Project”. The proposed easement route is located in the corner of the state land next to Mt Highway 366 in the SE4SE4 of Section 1, T29N, R4E, and will result in approximately 0.30 acres of easement area. See Exhibit A, Easement Survey Map, and Exhibit B, Project Location Map. Installation of the overhead powerline will provide power services to rural Montana residents.
