Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks is requesting an easement through DNRC Trust Lands to access an existing DNRC granted easement to Mallard’s Rest Fishing Access Site. The existing access to this site has been eroded away by the 2022 Yellowstone River flood. The topography of this area makes requested public road easement is the most direct route to the FWP site making it the safest and most economical route.
