The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Liberty County Joplin Wastewater Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to replace service sewer pipe, repair and replace sewer main, repair wastewater treatment lagoon influent flow splitter, repair interior lagoon cross-connection piping, remove and dispose sludge from the lagoon and repair the overflow piping and structures.
