The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Lake County Ronan Fairgrounds Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to replace aging water lines, install new water lines, and install a sewer pump station and sewer collection lines.
