Lower Yellowstone Rural Electric Co-Op has requested to install an overhead powerline to the Steppler State 34-16X operated by White Rock Energy well located upon State Trust Land. This request is consistent with the terms of the current oil and gas lease agreement (OG-32967-98) held by White Rock Energy. The length of the overhead powerline requested is approximately 500 feet and would have two poles installed.
