Lower Yellowstone Rural Electric Co-Op has requested to install an overhead powerline to the Irigoin State 11X-16 and Irigoin State 13X-16 wells operated by White Rock Energy located upon State Trust Land. This request is consistent with the terms of the current oil and gas lease agreement (OG-34675-02) held by White Rock Energy. The length of the overhead powerline requested is approximately 4,850 feet.
