The proponent, Sixshooter Wind LLC is seeking a Land Use License to conduct archaeological, wetland and related environmental surveys to support agency review of a potential renewal energy development project. Currently no renewal structures will be installed on these sections of State Land. To comply with environmental law, they will be monitoring the surrounding project area and will perform part of the monitoring on State Land.
