Hagenbarth Livestock has submitted a request to construct a stock water development on Montana Trust Land located in the above referenced Montana Trust Land Section. The site is located approximately 7 miles North of Dillon. The request includes placement of a buried stock water pipeline and stock tank on Trust Land. The pipeline would originate from a well on private land located in the SWNW of Section 1, T6S R9W. The pipeline is proposed to be placed through the S½SE¼NE¼ and the N½NW¼SE¼ of Section 2 to the proposed tank site located in the approximate center of the section. The pipeline would be buried using a dozer and ripper to minimize ground disturbance.
