Surveying environmental attributes of, and observation of, wildlife activity in proximity to wind project boundaries. The study will be non-invasive and focus on gathering information on avian nests, avian use, and prey base. Data will be used to determine if location meets criteria for wind energy project development. The Survey process will require access to, and across, state land to visit survey sights utilizing existing two tracks.
