The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Gallatin County Mammoth Ditch Diversion Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to remove an existing metal frame headgate and pipe and install a new diversion structure.
