The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Gallatin CD Godfrey Canyon Siphon project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program funding to install 3,700 feet of siphon and a blow-off structure and pipeline.
