The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Gallatin Conservation District Dry Creek Irrigation Company Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to install a liner in a 4000-foot section of canal, change the channel geometry and elevation in the segment of the canal that will be lined, and to construct a 0.25-acre sediment trap.
