The proponent, Fergus Electric Cooperative, is applying to extend an undergrown electrical power line located on the NW ¼, NW ¼ of Section 16, Township 9 North, Range 25 East (Common Schools Trust) ±0.05 Acres in Musselshell County. The route will start at an existing power pole on State land. From this point Fergus Electric would bore a conduit underneath the remaining State land and underneath the highway. The easement will allow the proponent to connect to an adjacent private landowner’s property.
