The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Flathead County Evergreen Water and Sewer LS19 Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to to install an emergency bypass facility and renovate the existing infrastructure at the Evergreen Sewer System’s Lift Station 19.
