An Environmental Assessment (EA) was completed for the East Fork of Rock Creek Dam Rehabilitation project according to Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) requirements and guidelines. The EA is an appropriate level of analysis and an Environmental Impact Statement is not necessary. Through the EA process, DNRC found no significant impacts to the physical or human environment and will continue with the proposed action.
