The applicant proposes to install service taps appurtenant to existing water transmission mainlines to several customers in the Redstone and Plentywood areas north of Highway 5. The purpose of this Right of Way easement is for the pipeline construction, inspection, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the underground water pipeline and necessary structures for use in conjunction herewith.
