Closing Date: 06-20-2025
Dry Prairie Rural Water Authority has proposed the construction of 127 miles of distribution pipeline to serve rural customers in Northern Valley County. Approximately 20.5 miles of the proposed pipeline will cross state of Montana Trust lands. The proposed easement across state property would include a 30-foot access for construction and maintenance. Due to the geography of the area, the absence of additional road infrastructure and the increase costs of trounting the proposed pipeline around State Lands, no alternate routes were considered feasible. The proposed pipeline will cross 27 individual state tracts and are listed in Exhibit C. Approximately 20.5 miles of 2" though 6" pipe will be constructed at a depth of eight four inches. This pipe will be used to distribute potable water at typical ground water temperatures. No temporary construction areas will be needed. all LEGAL descriptions are in the Township, Ranges, and Sections list below!! All tracts are Common Schools
