Riverside Contracting Inc. henceforth referred to as the proponent, has applied for a gravel test permit on Trust Lands Township 1 South, Range 9 West, Sections 8,9,16 and 17 in Silver Bow County. This project area can be seen in attachment A on page 16 of the Environmental Assessment. This project would utilize a backhoe to dig holes to a depth of approximately 20 feet. Testing and documenting would be performed by employees of Trust Lands and Riverside Contracting, Inc.
