The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Crystal Springs WSD Waster System Improvements project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program funding to install a new groundwater well to the existing well house for treatment and distribution to the Crystal Springs subdivision water system.
