The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a final Environmental Assessment for the Crazy Mountain Cattle - 3rd Wheel Line Pivot Installation. The project proposes to use Private Loan program funding to install irrigation line pivots on private land.
