The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the City of Sidney-Anderson Subdivision project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program funding to replace the existing undersized culvert with a subsurface pipe.
