The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a FinalEnvironmental Assessment for the City of Laurel 4th Street Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to replace old and deteriorating water and wastewater mains and install stormwater collection facilities.
